If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I was greeted right away from the staff and told about the specials. I was offered to try the different ice cream flavors. I decided but still purchased the butter cookie ice cream based off the recommendation of the staff member. Young lady was right!!! It was so bomb. I also ordered the strawberry cheesecake and peanut butter cup cupcake and they were so moist and just pretty to look at. My cousin tried the cupcake shake with vanilla ice cream and chocoholic cupcake. She took one sip and said we definitely have to visit again. Lastly, kudos to whomever is running the stores IG page. They were very personable and I really like that.
I found these amazing cupcakes at the BX on Barksdale AFB. They had a table set up near the food court. The lady was very nice and friendly. The cupcakes are very delicious, so moist but not greasy. The frosting is sweet but not overly. They are definitely worth the trip to Shreveport!
Incredible, but a bit pricey (as are most cupcakes). Certainly worth the cost, to me. Their social media should also be followed, since they sometimes have surprise sales or specials. The texture and flavor is great, and they have novelty products and flavors, occasionally limited-time, that really work well. I'm a big fan of the jarred cake leftovers, since it's a little more dense than their usual products and stores really well for my lifestyle (chaotic). The location is also awesome, and I usually don't mention this about places I review. But, its location is really convenient for an after-meal dessert or just as a snack on your way out of groceries.

I just had the best experience at Small Cakes Shreveport. Jonah was so kind and helpful. I will be buying from Small Cakes Shreveport again for sure. The customer service was outstanding and the cupcakes are amazing.
I absolutely love this place. I am not exaggerating when I say they have the moistest cupcakes and cakes. The cake just melts in your mouth. They also occasionally have happy hour. The customer service is also amazing!! I really struggle with restraining myself from this bakery.

Super cute bakery with phenomenal treats! Stopped in today and grabbed cookies, a peanut butter cup brownie, King cake, Mississippi Mud cupcake, and a cinnamon roll cupcake! PERFECTION. Prices and service are amazing!
I am familiar with Smallcakes in Monroe, LA and in Longview, TX. But this one in Shreveport, LA -- across from Whole Foods -- just messed me up. Now, I went in for one reason -- I was waiting on the wife who was in another store and I needed to go to the restroom. How convenient was that, okay! Well, I purchased two Kit Kat cupcakes and I purchased a vanilla cake with prettiest chocolate bloom on top. Got back to car and pulled out the vanilla cupcake. That thing was unbelievably moist, light, and delightfully delicious. I to'e that thang UP. Smallcakes, wow! Can't wait to tell you about the Kit Kat cupcake, but it will have to be later today... You did that!
Small cakes was delicious! The red velvet is to die for. The customer service was top notch. The establishment was super clean and welcoming! Will be back!!!
